The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Some equipments need to be refreshed (bath, wall..). Moreover, there is no shelve in the dressing. However, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We really liked the location (in the Old Quarter), the large breakfast and the bed with the embroided linen.

One thing that stood out was the friendliness of the staffs. They were always happy to help with any questions we had. We got a room which is not that spacious and lack of windows/ventilation, but it was clean and tidy. Internet is available in the room, but it's a bit on and off sometimes and it's a bit slow.

We were booked at Rising dragon Palace Hotel for 5 nights but when we arrived we were shown a windowless room on the 7th floor with elevator only going to 6th floor. Booked this hotel through booking.com and was not disappointed. Spacious and modern family room that made our kids and my wife extremely enjoyed.My wife has forgotten her passport at the hotel but staffs were incredibly brought it to the airport quickly. They were super and we would recommend Rising Dragon Villa Hotel.

Just stayed here for two days at Deluxe city room. That was definitely fantastic, we paid not expensive but got an excellent room, large, fully-equipped furnish and bathroom was lovely,work great. Staffs helped for great restaurants and Hoan Kiem lake direction
