We stayed here for three days and we loved everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpfull with everything, they even packed breakfast for us because we had an early flight back. Keep up the good work!!!!

Friendly, helpful, chatty, ready with recommendations to help you... I can't sing enough praises for the hotel staff working here. Top notch. My only gripe was a bathroom mixer which took nearly a minute to stabilise the water temperature and halfway through my shower, the temperature changes again.

The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was good (especially the croissants), the staff was both friendly, helpful and pleasant. Also the price for the room was very reasonable. Basically I can't complain about anything about my stay and I would both recommend this hotel to anybody going to Hanoi and stay there again another time in Hanoi.
