I stay there for two days with my girlfriend. A very clean & centrally located in old quarter district of Hanoi.Staff is helpful & english speaking. Restaurant is good.If you like to enjoy the original old Hanoi experience, then this is best option. value for money. Free internet is available.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the room was not cleaned well, we were in the room when they did the bathroom, took a minute. Room 702 was very noisy with water hammer every time someone in the hotel used the water. The water tank is right outside the window. Breakfast O.K just.

Modern rooms with lovely bathrooms, with waterfall style showers! Reception staff excellent, very helpful. Really good location. I wasn't so impressed with breakfast though - okay Asian style but next to no Western options.
