Location of this hotel is convenient for tourists to explore areas around Hoan Kiem Lake which is a tourist area. We stayed in a superior room on the third floor which does not have a window. There are only three rooms per floor. The nicer ones are those fronting the strret. Rooms in the middle area are quite small but... More

Stay at this hotel if you are willing to walk to the tourist spots or take a taxi. We stayed here over Christmas. Room: We took the deluxe room for USD66 (including service & VAT). The standard/superior rooms are much cheaper but smaller & without windows. Deluxe room was attractive with a jacuzzi tub but however, the shower was not... More

We have come back home from our trip in Hanoi now and completed our stay with Silver Hotel. While the room was great and the balcony absolutely beautiful, we have a few complaints that have made us very disappointed: 1. We arrived in the evening and the hot water was not working all the time we were in the hotel.... More

My husband read reviews on this place before arriving and decided that would upgrade us to floor 9(with a window) The price is still very cheap. We have a roof terrace to sit on and watch the world go by with a water feature and a jacuzzi spa bath big enough for two with bubbles. The service here is what... More

Please disregard this review if they have started to inform about the complete lack of windows in their so called "superior" rooms. Our first impression was good, until we saw our rooms. Not anything like the pictures. We asked ourselves "What went wrong here?", and looked in the hotel's printed brochure and saw it black on white: all the rooms... More

I have stayed in a Hotel in the Old Quarters and after wished I had not booked a Hotel in that part of the City. There for" It was refreshing to have a nice Hotel in a location where one could catch his breath a little. The Staff where very helpful. The Manager Bien deserves a special mention. Nothing seemed... Small yet immaculate hotel, with an exotic touch of excellence, not only shown by the design and decor, but also and mostly, of the staff and service. The give away rates of the 3 star hotel don't correspond to the unique 5 star service I received from arrival to departure!! Whether it is the mostly organic tasty variety of well... More

A great modern hotelin the heart of Hanoi. The location is just a few blocks from the Opera House and easy wlking distance to the Old Quarter. The rooms are very modern and clean with a great breakfast in the morning. It is a very small hotel with only three rooms per floor but very nice. The only issue is... More

after a terrible experience in the old quarter, we were grateful to move to this hotel which is located in the French quarter two blocks from the opera house and about a 10 minute walk to the lake. Not sure you can get better quality for the price in Hanoi. We enjoyed the room design and finishings as well as... More
