I and my husband stayed in Symphony hotel at the end of April. I have picked the hotel mostly for its location as it was n the middle of the real part of the old quarter of Hanoi surrounded by local business and shop and close to most tourist attractions. The facilities in the hotel are good and rooms a... More

It is a small hotel near the Hoan Kiem Lake and old town (around 5 or 10 minutes walking). The rooms are fair sized and very clean. Our room was inside, and had a small window overlooking the courtyard and therefore no view, but stood aside from the noise of the street. We also had a computer in the room... More

I think with all our travels this is the most memorable hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is well located in the real part of old quarter. The staff and management were incredible. They went well beyond the call of duty for our family. we had two rooms 501 and 301. One of hem had some issues with the... More

The manager was really helpful in our stay in Hanoi. The hotel was well located in the "old quarter". We also arranged there our tour to Halong bay in the Alova cruise and it was also really nice despite the poor weather in the Bay. Free wifi in all the floors and some private computers in the rooms. The hotel... More

The matrasses are the best, slept very wel in this hotel. We had a window and a small balcony on the street side, but there was no glass in it, only wooden shutters. So if you want to look outside you are in the open air. Which means no airco and mosquitoes can come in. The breakfast was simple, you... More

I booked 4 nights at this hotel, 2 by my Vietnamese friend directly to the hotel and the rest from hotels.com. I arrived at 22:00 and they flatly told me I have no booking for the first two nights since my friend didn't confirm his booking (which he said he did). They said the 2 nights booked through hotels.com were... More

Stayed here three times over a two week period and I loved it. Great rooms, great service and a very helpful owner and staff. I even had my laundry done for free and was assisted with an early check in. The location is very good. The price is great value for money. What more needs to be said.

Arranged a very nice taxi ride in from the airport. Helped arranged tours, coordinated with shuttle services to and from Halong Bay. Many great restaurants nearby. I would stay here again and recommend it.

As my most recent stay in Hanoi was to last 6 weeks I needed a hotel room that was suitable for living in as well as sleeping. In particular I was looking for a very small, friendly hotel situated in a reasonably quiet street in the Old Quarter but close to restaurants and Hoan Kiem Lake. As well as a... More

If you want a hotel that's close to the Hoam Kiem Lake and the main tourist centre of the town, really close to the Old Quarter (but slightly less frantic - relatively speaking :-) ) then this hotel is great. Hang Hom Street is busy (everywhere in Hanoi old town is) but the Old Quarter streets are a notch up... More
