Stayed here three times over a two week period and I loved it. Great rooms, great service and a very helpful owner and staff. I even had my laundry done for free and was assisted with an early check in. The location is very good. The price is great value for money. What more needs to be said.

Arranged a very nice taxi ride in from the airport. Helped arranged tours, coordinated with shuttle services to and from Halong Bay. Many great restaurants nearby. I would stay here again and recommend it.
