I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is good with a large supermarket just down the street. Rooms are good, hot water cuts in and out which can make for an interesting shower.

We stayed here for 5 nights in dec/jan. The staff were really helpful and the rooms were clean, however there was only hot water 2 days out of 5 and it was quite cold when we were there so this was a big downer.

Rooms are fine for the rent they are charging. Breakfast is ok. You need to walk couple of stairs before you reach reception and that can be a problem to physically challenged and older people. Bed were not very comfortable. Service is excellent. There was a problem and they sent someone to fix immediately.

Stayed here as part of an Intrepid Scenic Vietnam tour. On upper level floor with a front room, plenty of light and view of the interesting buildingscape of Hanoi, good lift, friendly and informative reception staff, used their safe deposit system at the front desk with no problems at all. Clean room and bedding, cold fridge stocked with some cold... More

This hotel was clean and comfortable. However, only one of the front desk staff members speaks English and is able to help you. The internet is VERY unreliable, which was a problem for me since I was there working. One of the biggest problems with this place is that there are no safes to keep valuables locked up during the... Great value for money in ha noi. 2 minutes from koto restaurant, another 20 meters turn right and 10 metres on the left is a magnificent tea house. Lots to explore, close to the lake and ho chi Minh gardens. Wanted to extend but was booked up.

This is a typical example of an average hotel with average rooms and facilities with average cleanliness, only the price is different. An elevator and snacks & drinks in the fridge (not for free) don't make it a better hotel than its competitors. The breakfast was ok, and the area is quieter than the noisy old district. Temple of literature... More

This hotel is filthy, the doors don't lock, the doors actually just swing open, the breakfast is pathetic. Last night while I slept someone tried to get into my room. I had my back pack again st the door so it made a noise when they tried to get in. it was a waste of money staying in this hotel... More

I stayed here with intrepid on the reunification express tour. Location is quite good for train station and the temple of literature, however the rooms were quite a bit rough around the edges (I had a bit of damp in my room, stairs and corridor was quite busy, plus doors have a pane of glass in so the light from...
