We booked into this hotel for one night in March. The king size bed was rock hard. There was plenty of staff hanging around the foyer doing nothing when we arrived at the hotel to check in. We decided on not having the breakfast based because we were leaving early for Halong Bay. When leaving the hotel around 6.30am the... More

I am an avid traveller and my choices of hotels depends a lot on the reviews i read.Well i am shocked that my fallow travellers have given it a 10.Unless this was before it changed hands. The staff had no idea what they were doing,I even tried to change room twice.I had a wet room but was missing a door... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, rooms were good, but make sure yours is not on the side where the club is because you can hear the music, club closes not that late. Breakfast was horrible, with cold and old food. Every morning it was the same food that was served the first morning, and it became less and less. Wouldn't... More

We spent our last night in Vietnam here after 1 weeks and found that this hotel was new, located well for access to all parts of town, nicely decorated rooms, clean etc but there just was not the same care and attention given to guests. This felt like a classy hotel but with no soul - no interest in what... More

We had a great time the hotel was extremely clean and friendly. We stayed 3 nights, the staff at the hotel helped us organise all our trips and flights. The breakfast was great and beds were very clean and comfortable. All I can say is lovely hotel , staff go out of their way to help with anything they can.... More

If you need to watch out your budget, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city and despite the busy narrow streets is idealy located for shopping and site seeing. The renovated room is nice and clean, the size is big which was good fit for 3 single beds. The... More

The reception and restaurant staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Being newly renovated, the Hotel was most comfortable - the room we were in (405) was more spacious than any of the other hotels we've stayed in. Very good to have a buffet breakfast in the integral restaurant. Convenient to walk around the old quarter with alot of vendors, malls.... More

Great location in the Old quarter, walked everywhere down to there, and the local market is not too far away and is easily negotiable- comparable to the vendors if you are familiar with it. Hotel is nice- clean, comfortable, and check in and out was a breeze. great place for making friends with the staff.I have got kevin, tony...after my stay.... More

We stayed here for two nights with our 1 yo daughter. We booked a deluxe room and it was great! Staff was very nice and attentive to our daughter. Breakfast was alright but nothing special. Great rooms, great staff, great location!

What a great hotel, I booked from the advice on trip advisor and was not disappointed, the hotel is situated in the middle of the old quarter just 5minutes walk to the lake. The room was large and clean and when we arrive there were tea making facilities, fresh fruit and bottles of water in the room all at no... More
