I spent 2 weeks in Hanoi, i had a great time, perfect for the average backpacker, great price in the best district, the staff were helpful with organising tours, not pushy.

Hanoi Family Hostel is not so big but its services is so perfect. Staff here are always helpful and very friendly. All rooms are equipped well and nice. They all have view to the street or the lake. Things here are cleaned very carefully and internet is free here. When you stay in Hanoi Family Hostel, You are staying in the center of 1000 year's capital and viewing the beautiful historic lake ( Sword restored lake)!
