We have visited Vietnam last month and stayed in Hanoi in the Art Hotel. They were very friendly and arranged guides, cabs and we were even possible to borrow money for paying the cab. Spent 4 nights - service was incredible, management has done a terrific job in training the staff who were incredibly helpful. Overall facilities were good. We did experience ants in the bathroom which was unfortunate but the hotel resolved that issue. Overall delivers excellent value and well above its 3 star rating.
