To my surprise, Hanoi is a very CLEAN city. People there are generally friendly.Of coz, still hv to bargain for all the goods purchase. On a quiet street in a convenient location, the Splendid Star was a lucky find. It has to win the award for the most friendly and efficient staff in all of Viet Nam. They helped us with everything, and were always available, friendly and anxious to make our stay enjoyable.

its location is very good and close to the main historical and the other touristic sights. The room is very clean, actually i thought it would be worse... İ only could complain about the breakfast because, all breakfast area is not clean. But totally, i would recommend the hotel...
