We were very well taken care of by the entire staff. The hotel arranged to have someone pick us up at the airport & bring us to the hotel and to then to bring us back to the airport for our flight out. We especially thank Ngan for her excellent service. She energetic & friendly, capable and resourceful. She booked... More

This hotel was very good value for money - the room was big enough and very clean; there were enough choices for breakfast, including full english breakfast. The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even... More

We were upgraded to bigger room on arrival, free of charge for the first night but told it would be $10 US for the second night. I guess it's a good way for them to fill empty so called deluxe rooms, but we choice just to go back to the standard room. We just wanted a bed and shower so... More

The hotel is right smack in the middle of the Old Quarter. I like their breakfast and their staff are helpful and accommodating. We were very comfortable in our room. We liked that they have a desktop computer in all rooms, aside from the wifi. We hope we stayed longer! If you're going here from the airport, you can take... More

This hotel is great value for money. Staff are so helpful and friendly, rooms are big and very clean, great location in the old quarter. Breakfast is really good, the rooms facing the street are a tad noisy from all the traffic but this didnt affect us at all. Overall a great choice!

Caring, friendly and helpful Staff. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Ask for help in planning great itineraries to Sapa, Halong Bay, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to direct you to an appropriate trip for you. Very attentive, they go out of their way to make sure you get to your destination and back. We were met at the overnight... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and throughout our stay here, the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful to accommodate us for our needs. Our room, a triple deluxe room, was clean, spacious and we also had our own private balcony that faced the main street, Hang Ga St - although its a busy street/area, we didn't have any... More

We stayed 4 nights here in April 2013 and were very comfortable. We booked one of their $40 rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the $50 family room at no extra cost! Nice and spacious, nice wooden finishings, PC computer in the room, big bath room with spa bath (& shower curtain!!). Breakfast was a buffet... More
