great location, very clean, nice food, quiet considering the location and great service. The staff were very pleasant. We too stayed here as part of a package with Emeraude cruises and really cannot fault it except the WiFi wasnt very good in the room we were in however everything else was great. Hotel was part of a package deal. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable; drinks were not cheap. Breakfast was reasonable, but suggest eating out for dinner. Hotel is located in the old part of Hanoi and in walking distance to some attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
