We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights during our stay in Hanoi. We emailed in advance and were picked up at the airport promptly in a in a lovely air-conditioned car. When we arrived at the hotel the staff spoke English and greeted us making us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, the rose petals... More

We booked into Madame Moon's guesthouse and upon arrival was upgraded to their posher hotel around the corner at no extra cost. It appears Mrs Moon owns a number of hotels in the area. After our trip to Halong Bay we again booked to go back to Madame Moon and was again moved into a better hotel just down the... More

This is where you want to stay in Hanoi. The hotel is tucked away on a pretty quiet street. At 5:30 in the morning, you can walk around the corner for one minute to Hoan Kiem Lake to see tons of folks exercising and doing Tai Chi. You can even join in. The staff here can help you plan your... More

Great service at this hotel. The room are nice and well maintained. The higher one are more quiet since they all give on the street, but no elevator. They have a very convenient travel agency. Refund us the cancelled cruise in Halong Bay (bad weather) without argument. They even offer us a room for the morning during our day transfer... More

Staff at this hotel are very helpful with good english. Helped us book a tour to HaLong Bay. Hotel is right around the corner from very good restaurants in the old quarter. Breakfast is basic but exactly what you would expect on the roof. 3 min walk to the lake. Very clean. We would stay here again!

First off, I have to say that the staff were fantastic. So kind and very helpful. The "lobby" of this little hotel is actually just a tour shop, so at first I didn't realize I was at my hotel. But the tour shop right there made it so easy to book my trip to Ha Long Bay and my forward... More

I cannot recommand this guesthouse enough! We stayed here for several nights in between excursions around Hanoi in January 2013. We stayed in 2 different triple rooms (1 nights at the Madam Moon guesthouse and two nights at Artisan Boutique hotel, one of their partnering guesthouse just across the street as they were fully booked). Both times the room was... More

We spent one night for 17$ in december 2012 in the guesthouse. Contact was established very quickly by email. We also arranged a pick-up at the airport for 17$, the driver was waiting for us outside, despite we had to wait for our luggage for nearly 2 hours inside the airport..The room and the bathroom was very clean and provided...
