Nice spacious entrance/check-in desk with nearby cafe/dining area, and nice evening meals available.. Breakfast buffet on first floor, had all you wanted, included in room charges. Room comfortable. Location not too far from centre of town - walking distance ok.

We spent several hours here prior to a tour to Sapa, and also stayed for several nights prior to and as a part of an Intrepid tour of Vietnam. Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very comfortable room, excellent service from foyer, counter, dining and bar staff, and great food available any time. In a very busy and... More

I stayed here at the start of a tour of Vietnam. It was a fairly good hotel with attentive staff. It is in the old district and the streets around are very crowded and noisy. The room I had was quiet however. The breakfast was good to compared to other hotels I stayed in in Vietnam. I would stay here... More

More "Pretty Good" than " Very Good". Stayed here at the start of an Intrepid trip, and was satisfied with the hotel overall. Location is pretty good just a ten minute stroll to the lake and old city. Has Tiger beer on tap which was a highlight. Service was excellent, especialky porters and door staff. Would recommend to others.

Staff friendly, and its not unusual by the way to have you passport taken by them when you check in for a time. One elevator which can be a little slow Breakfast is buffet and nice! Room is a little small, A bakery is close by, But I did not like its location,it's a bit far from the lake Nothing overly... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of an Intrepid trip and found it to be in a good location, not too far from anywhere. Compared to another hotel, it was easy to walk into the Old Quarter and lakes. It was also easy access to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was... More

I found the staff very friendly, the service faultless. This is a 3star hotel with five star standards. I would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was included and the bar prices cheap. Also very helpful with transfers and other information.

The reception of this hotel are the best English speakers I have met in Hanoi, so we got many helps from them. When I got there, we are stuck by the Vietnam's national holiday. The nice lady behind the reception table help us to book flight to Da Nang and charged our Viettel phone. When we occupied their lobby for... More

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this Hotel and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Best part was the friendly, accomodating staff and the location. It allows you to strike off in many directions and have a different experience of Ha Noi each day. Nice and close to both lakes, and many, many great restaurants and cafes... More

This is a beautiful clean hotel, just a short walk to the old quarter. The staff really make this place something special, they are so friendly and will to help with anything, we asked them about a massage brochure we had picked up, not only did they recommend a cheaper place down the road the door man walked us there....
