We used this hotel during the day while waiting for the sleeper train to Hue, as it is close to the station. All staff appeared very friendly and helpful. The room we had was modern, with the en-suite partitioned off by a stylish glass wall. There appeared to be lots of storage for clothes. Based on our limited experience of... More

The hotel room is big, well maintained and clean, and the staff are cordial. It is walking distance to most of the interesting places to see and dine. If I am going back to Hanoi, I will make it a point to stay in the same hotel(Cosiana).

The best service you could ask for. Deserves its high rating. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathrooms lovely, massage amazing, International breakfast great and the whole team were so extremely helpful. Hanoi is a chaotic place and coming back to Hanoi Cosiana was peaceful, friendly and comfortable. I've stayed in other places for a similar price and none of them... More

This is a very nice hotel in the middle of Hanoi. Most of the sightseeing tours can be made by foot because the hotel is right inside the city. The railway station is just beside, but due to the fact that there are not many trains that leave the station, you don’t hear it. The rooms are pretty big and... More

The hotel is good for the price range. The rooms are clean and spacious and have very friendly staff. This is my second stay here. Most of all it is more convenient for Muslim guests as they provide halal food. The staff could speak above average English. The rooms located in front have more windows and good view compared to... My stay at Prince Hotel was a pure coincidence, I had stayed at other hotels in the same category in the city and was about to leave Vietnam when, after a huge problem at the airport, I was forced to spend 1 more night in the country.. They booked me into their sister Prince Hotel 2 (5 min walk away)... More

We stayed in this hotel for a few hours rest and breakfast after an overnight train ride from Lao Cai and before our onwards trip to Ha Long. The hotel is relatively new but seemed aged already. It has a bit of a Singaporean theme (maybe Singaporean owners) and is mainly used by Mainland Chinese tourists. The rooms are very... More

This hotel has friendly helpful staff, who will give you good advice on trips etc (even if you are not booking your trip via them). The rooms was clean and well presented. It had a safe, which quite often they don't have (even though the internet description says they do!). The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was ok, but... More

It's new, it's clean, the service is perfect. It's excellent. Before i been there, there is a lot of comment about Prince hotel in Hanoi but after I arrive to their hotel, the first thing came to my mind is "wow, this hotel look nice and wow ... it's cheap". The room is warm and model, people here are very... More
