We travel with another family along with 3 kids. The rooms are small so not much space for the kids to move around. Make sure you ask for the rooms at the back which are larger and quieter. Well the cleanliness is not consistent, it depends on your luck - one room had cleaner bedsheets than another. It's decor is... More

Stayed in this hotel on two different parts of a trip to Vietnam. Check in was easy the first time, not so easy the second time. The desk employees seem to have very different commands of the english language. My first room was right on the Atrium near the elevator. There was a lot of noise from the hotel lobby... More

We stayed in Room 204. It was a small room, with filthy walls and no window. There were three cockroaches in the bathroom and no shampoo. The TV was tiny and there was no computer (a common amenity at other Hanoi hotels in this price range). The only reason we stayed here is because one of its sister hotels, where... More

We decided to spent our Honey Moon in Ha Noi and this hotel is really an ideal place to stay at. It was right in the center of city from which we can travel easily every where. The room was nice. We got really supprised when they decorated so beautifully for our hony moon without preinform. The staff was well-trained... More

We found the rooms to be very small and the bathroom was large but not functional. Shower was located over a fine looking french hip bath but difficult and somewhat dangerous to be negotiating. I fear the elderly could do themselves an injury attempting to get in and out of the shower. Bar had a nice ambience and bar staff... More

It can be hard to find a cheap, clean and friendly hotel for the solo traveler and this one meets all 3. I tried 2 others before this, and this one was the best. You also get a simple, yet good breakfast included. Free internet. Close to all the places you'll want to walk to in the historic district.

. We were very dissapointed with this hotel. The picture of the room that was online wasnt the same room that we got. It was dirty, the bathroom was unbealivably small, the staff of the hotel really really rude and so we leaved the room straight away the next day. Breakfast was poor and dirty. The worst hotel experience ever.

It is a very nice hotel. The room is clean no doubt is small but the bathroom is big. There is lift to every floor. The choice of breakfast is good in a nice atmosphere coffee house. We stayed for 2 nights. Location wise is excellent, a walking distance to the night market and eateries area. The staff are helpful... More

This little hotel was a gem, the staff and the breakfast was great. Only drawback was that we were on the 4th floor with no elevator and when they did not turn the electric on in the room my husband had to walk all the was down and all the way back up. We are older and not in great... More

This place was like a safe haven and second home to escape the craziness of Hanoi. The service was impeccable, even though we never booked anything through them (wish we had) and the rooms were super clean. When I return to Hanoi, this is the only place I'll stay.
