Very well located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We walked to the Lake, the National Art Gallery, the Cathedral etc etc. Shopping everywhere about. Breakfast was good. We ate in one evening - good. Our room was quiet, spacious enough, well a/ced, good WiFi, clean, serviced well - but no window. We found this a little claustrophobic after... More

This hotel was a great find, super comfy beds, fantastic breakfast, friendly and efficient service. Great location in the Old Quarter and close to Hoan Kiem lake. I look forward to staying there again soon.

We stayed here for 3 night and our room was facing the street. The room was quite large for such a narrow building and the room had windows!! The kingsize bed was very comfortable. Free wifi in the room. Very clean. And in an excellent location in the Old Quarter with walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast was adequate... More

We stayed for four nights and the room was spacious, a deluxe, albeit without windows and felt a little like a box. It was kept clean, but a plate with an apple core was left in our room through our stay. Food was ok. The staff was inattentive and uninterested. Perfect location and affordable, so if the hotel standard is... More

I recommend this hotel for its qualty and price. The staff is very corteus, the rooms are clean and you find everything free, such as pc connected to internet for free in the room, water, fruit, sleepers and iron set in the closet. Breakfast is good. I would go there in case i decide to come back to hanoi

The hotel is located within Hanoi's Old Quarter & is small & rather rectangular / narrow, as typical of the architectural style of most historical buildings in this area. Despite the busy streets & congested traffic & the noise, the building is surprisingly sound proof! All our concerns of interrupted sleep from the din of traffic is put to rest.... More

We paid for an upgrade to a room with windows. Initially, we stayed for 2 nights, then another night when we returned from Halong Bay. There was only one other hotel in a 4 week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia which had a similar wonderful king sized bed and pillows. Most of the rest were very hard. Our rooms had... More

This hotel is in a good part of Hanoi but the rooms are super small, but if you can handle that it's a good hotel. One thing is they had the best beds we slept in in Vietnam. One major negative is the elevater only goes to the 9/ or 10th floor not sure which one but the point is... More

If the room had been only a bit larger then I would have rated this hotel 4 points easily. The hotel is situated perfectly in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to Hoan Kiem lake. The room and the bathroom are spotless, with ample towels; there is a very comfortable King size bed and the airconditioning works OK (after contacting... More
