We stayed in April. Its location is perfect, in the center of Hanoi old quarter. The room are comfortable and very clean. We could access wifi and use the Internet for free. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. We could not explain how excellent the staff are, they are so helpful and kind, their services were... More

My husband and I stayed at The Jasmine Hotel in May 2012. Because of its affordability we booked a room for 8 nights even though for 3 of those nights we stayed in regional provinces. We had some trouble with our initial room mainly due to the heat wave Hanoi was experiencing (average 39 degrees celcius plus humidity) and we... More

What this hotel lacks in some amenities is more than made up for by the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Stayed for 5 night, had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel with a small balcony. Found this to be a bit noisy. Breakfast was adequate and at $40 night was goof value. Located... More

Jasmine hotel is one of the best places we have stayed so far on our trip through Asian. Definately the great value hotel with brilliant bathroom, modern a/c, LCD, refridge in each room, and with comfortable beds (included breakfast). And the hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, and you will be greeted with a warmy handshake every morning before your... More

We have just stayed in the Jasmine for 4 nights. We had a front room with a small balcony. Found it to be a bit noisy, but it is in a very busy part of Hanoi. Smallish room but we were only paying $40 a night. Bathroom was good and the shower was hot. What this hotel lacks in facilities... More

We chosed this hotel based on all reviews on this site and we did not get disappointed. The warm welcome and the good customer service made us feel easy to adapt. Our room were excellent with large balcony. It is fully equipped with a good working – a/c, mini-bar, safe box, satellite TV with many international channels, morden bathtub, clean... More

I read all the previous reviews of the Jasmine Hotel, and they were overwhelmingly positive. Everyone raved about how nice the people working in the hotel are. My thought was "come on, they cannot be THAT special". But they really were nice; not only ordinarily vietnamese-nice, but out-of-the-normal-range nice. So nice that when I had to cut my planned 5... This was my fourth stay at The Jasmine Hotel. This time I stayed for a total of six nights in between visits to Sapa, Tam Dao and Ba Be Lake. I'm sure I will return to Hanoi in the future, and I will certainly use the Jasmine again. The main strengths of the hotel are i) the personal service, and... More

We stayed there for 2 nights. We were booked for 4. There was no natural light and it was very old and loud. I did not sleep and the beds are very lumpy. We went to another hotel for an extra $20 and it was the best thing we could have done.

Dear our valued guest, We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. It was a pity because you chose one of our cheapest room at the lowest cost. If you would like a nicer room, it was a good idea to let us know about that and to pay extra for it.... More
