We stayed 4 nights at this well located hotel in Hoan Kiem district, close to St-Joseph cathedral. Reasonnably priced. Clean and quiet room. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff, especially Mr. Kien who speaks good french and english.

Trung nam hai is a small hotel. The room is fine, good price. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help me on anything i need, from the late breakfast to a tour booking. We stayed there three times. We woudln't come back if we didn'nt like it. We always had a worm welcome. Nice, helpful and friendly stuff. Rooms very clean. There are lots of channels including HBO on TV. We had rooms in the 6th floor and theese are absolutely silent even if they are heading to the street.

Trung Nam Hai just added new flat screen TV's which are nice but they haven't changed the beautiful natural wood furniture which gives the place a lot of character. We can warmly recommend Trung Nam Hai Hotel since the staff was so extremely helpful and kind.
