We were very impressed with the level of service - nothing was too much trouble and all staff spoke very good English. The hotel is very well situated and rooms are comfortable,well appointed and very clean - special mention for the beds which were the most comfortable in Vietnam. Breakfast was well cooked and had a wide choice.
