The location is not bad, right in the center. However, you can't feel relaxed in the hotel cuz there are no security cameras either in lobby or the lift.

Not a bad hotel; good location, small basic breakfast, very helpful manager, TV in room and also a laptop computer which unfortunately could not connect to the free wi-fi. small en-suite. A pleasant enough place which was near to Hoam Kiem Lake.A bit overpriced for what it was.
