“Beautiful hotel with unfriendly, unhelpful staff.”

I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. The staff were too busy playing around and watching TV to help me. Such a shame as the hotel was nice. More

This hotel is very nice but somebody needs to train the staff. We walked into the foyez to find no receptionist and the staff playing cards. We had to interrupt their game to get someone to help us. We said: "Hello, how are you?" and received the reply: "Passports." The girl handed us two keys and walked off. We eventually... More
