Hotel is about 5 minutes by taxi to the Tourist Wharf to Halong Bay. Rooms are very clean and reasonably priced. There are several good restaurants near the hotel serving fresh seafood in case the hotel restaurant is closed - like when I arrived on a Saturday night.
