Transferred from saigon dalat as I wanted a hotel near the lake. Stayed here for a couple of nights. Hotel has no aircon in the rooms, bathroom was dark due to a broken light and had molds in the grout. Hot water still an issue as stated by previous reviews. Carpet seemed old and dirty. Hotel seemed older than website... More

Although rated 4 star, this is really a 2 or 3 at best. One of the few in Dalat with a pool, which is why I chose it for a 4 night stay. After reading about recent troubles with the hot water I sent 2 emails, but management did not answer. Sure enough, the heater had only recently been repaired,... More

Just came back from Dalat with the family. The good The Hotel itself is quite nice. The room are quite nice, large windows. clean, white linens, thick fluffy pillows and comfortable bed. Good service, staffs are friendly and always with a smile. The bad The internet and hotel promoted indoor heated swimming pool. Unfortunately it was not available as it... More

Was a bit concerned after reading reviews on trip advisor however was pleasantly surprise. We had 2 rooms and they were both large and very clean. Yes the walls are a bit tired with some damp patches however the beds were comfortable the linen was crisp and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Did not try... More

Location is great but this place is long in tooth. Paid 850,000 vnd per night (rate in HCMC is 21,700 vnd/usd). Regardless of what you pay in other markets, relative value in Vietnam is poor at this price. Breakfast buffet was poor. Even Vietnamese dishes were not appetizing (I live in VN, trust me). Bo kho was passable but cold.... More

The best part of the hotel was the reception area, but the rest was going down from there. The hallways leading to the rooms were old and in need of repairs. The room was noisy and had no privatcy if the window was open to let the air to get in, very stuffy if window was closed. The carpet was... More

It seemed that whenever I mentioned Dalat to a Vietnamese person they smiled wistfully and said 'Ahh, Dalat, beautiful'. And they were pretty spot on. This is a lovely place. In the mountains and so a lot cooler than the rest of the country. Beautiful scenery, marvellous walk around the lake, the botanic gardens are just magnificent. The Blue Moon... More

Clean, comfortable and quiet, this hotel is located in the center of Dalat, a short walk away from the lake. The staff here were excellent - very friendly and helpful - and they spoke very good English too. The rooms are very large and comfortable. On the downside, the hotel is about three years old and is starting to look... More

Good location as within walking distance of Dalat Center and central square. Rooms good but bedding is a bit old. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. No A/C because of cool temperatures but cannot sleep with windows open as have a bar or something close to the lake that blares music till early morning. Wifi was spotty but stayed... More
