We stayed here for one night. It is good location if you have a car. Room is big and clean. Wifi is free. Breakfast is bread, jam and coffee/tea. Many restuarants is near. You can walk to eat Chicken rice(8-12am), Dim Sum (6-10am),Soybean Milk(5-11pm) and etc.

Just spent one night as we took a ferry next morning. The place is a little bit hidden but the taxi from Phuket airport got there without hesitation. English barely spoken although they are very helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect for a stopover.

I believe the reason they are cheap is because they do not have much amenities, such as the coffee pot, hairdryer, pool, robes, in place restaurant or huge complimentary breakfast.
