very friendly staff & owner , anything u need is just a step ahead , vey good atmosphere reasonable price , good food . everything is good there , especially mr pardip & sita . right opp to famous pattaya beach , just i minute walk to central festival greatest shopping mall in pattya , surrounded by bars . More

The only good thing is the location: on beach road. But also in the middle of noise and barscene. Music until after 2 AM. Live bands playing nextdoor! We changed room after first night to backside. Hotel with Indian management = dirty. Cockroaches in every room! Dirty kitchen, we never ate there... Every room has its deficiencies, things that don't... More
