Location is good, next to the beach. The room is quite ok, simple and plain. Breakfast is a set which can only choose Thai or American with no variety. No proper parking, street parking only.

We booked this hotel by accident but it turned out to be a good and best value hotel to stay. It has everything for your basic need, next to the beach which is very quiet and a family mart in front of the hotel. We absolutely loved this place due to the staff we met! They are kind, helpful and extreamly knowledgable. Located across the road from jomtien beach, easy access to all activities. The hotel is clean, warm, and inviting. Rooms are clean and modern facilities. We highly reccomend staying here!!

Room was stinking and small. It is situated in a great area, close to beach, closed to main road. Breakfast was very limit range of selection. Staff was friendly.

I have been with my family in January 2011. The hotel itself is amazing, the location is just 30 meters away from the water of the beach. Decoration, design, cleanliness, rooms, food....excellent.
