Great place to stay, very helpful staff, you will get almost anything you need....in all an amazing experience. Don't worry about distance from the beach, just rent a bike......it will take 5 mins to reach.

We(4 pax) stayed here during mid-March and it was an amazing experience. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean. Travelling from India, we were skeptical about us getting fleeced, but the Staff here was very cordial and utterly helpful. Very reasonable pricing and great food at the in-house restaurant.... Fantastic experience .... I will surely be back here ... :)

The resort located not far away from walking street (3 km aprx), but in peasfull and quiet place. There are many signs in the street, that helps to everyone get easily to the hotel even by feet. Service was excellent, Food was good, Friendly hotel staff and resort owners are good in taking care of all your needs if any. Also 15 mins walk from walking street and pattaya beach. Nice budget hotel with balcony view., Easy to rent a bike from them and roam around allover pattaya.

Really great service for you money i stayed 2 nights for 1500 thb include breakfast, wondefull help full staff ,did not bother me that the hotel was 5-10 min walk from walkingstreet .there is no noise here you sleep quitly,the food is very good & cheap will return in august.
