I was disappointed with this place. It looks like the property is going to get redeveloped and they are not upgrading anything. The only thing that appealed to me was the location. The rooms were pretty run down.

ordered food from the bar took 50 mins to arrive
ordered ice cream poolside 30 mins to arrive
had to change room 3 times in 5 days, due to 1st room air con leaking water all over the floor.
2nd room toilet not working, 3rd room t.v not working but gave up and stayed that room.
room service collected leftover...

Overall not a great place to be in. Beware of the luggage and belongings. Some of the things not working in the room. AC temp fixed at 28 Degree and no option to change .lights were dim making the room look dingy.
We are just back from pattaya, chose this hotel primarily because of the location and the fact that we needed to stay for just 1 night. We may have looked for other similar priced acco in case the stay was more than 1 night. Overall the experience was satisfactory, just that pestering by Bell Boy for tip was annoying, but...

Right in the heart of pattaya, this is a bit of a hidden gem. Its very cheap, its clean enough and its very quiet.
stayed in an joining room which was great for the family,great salt water pool good rooms if you are happy with the price go for it.
This is an excellent hotel. The service is a little wanting but not enough to be bothered with. I have stayed in this hotel two or three times a year for the past four years. I recommend it as a beach hotel. Right on the beach and easy access to 2nd road also.
