The hotel looks very nice from outside and in the lobby. However, the room was a bit worn out, some things was broken and stood out from the wall. I have just returned from a week at the Sarita and it is that bad it was almost funny. On arrival they didn`t have the double room we requested so I had to wait 30 min. The hotel has 2 ends...the `SUNNY` front end and the`DARK`dismal rear end. We were lead to the latter by way of a lift which... More

We staid at this hotel for 4 nights with an extended family, using 4 different kind of rooms so we have enough experience. In 1997 there was the terrible fire at the Royal Jomtien Resort with 91 mortalities. This was mainly caused by neglect or absence of all emergency measures. Proper location. Not far from the center of Potaya but much cleaner district and sea. Good for families and solo travelers. Welcoming and helpfull staff.
