Good location is about all can be said. The service of the staff was shockingly awful. Consistently rude and not in the slightest bit helpful. Overpriced for the room quality-bed was more like a rock! breakfast was of adequate quality. Overall would not recommend primarily due to very poor service.

If you are a backpacker, then this place might really suit you. For a short business trip, it didn't really suit our needs. The rooms are set up with a double bed bunk bed. It sleeps a couple on the bottom and one person on the top. It's a cute idea but it makes the room seem cramped. The room... More

This place has all the comforts of home: air con, hot shower, TV, no bugs in the room, free wifi access and computers in the lobby. It also includes a decent breakfast, the staff is friendly, and the place has a relaxed backpacker vibe. However, I think there are nicer places around for not much more money.

We spent a long time looking around different hostels in Samui and this was the best by far. Excellent value for money, gorgeous rooms which were spotlessly clean, great deals on massages at the adjoining spa and really helpful staff. It was also far enough away from the strip to be convenient but quiet. It was brilliant! Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, decent bar, shower ok, however fleas in the bed, which was pretty awful. When we asked a member of staff for help, they swept the fleas off the bed, and put a new undersheet on the bed. We slept on the floor instead. Some friends staying in another room had no fleas and a great room, but sadly... More

The Loft is an ok place to stay, the other reviews seem very mixed but I ad a good experience. We had 2 rooms here for 4 nights, both were clean and roomy. The staff at reception seemed very helpful and knowledgable of the area. There was free internet and could book trips & travel there. Only downside to the... More

Our room was about what was expected for the price. The bathroom was good, lighting was not the best but best shower i've had so far in thailand! Room was small, but fine because all we needed was a bed to sleep on. My sheets were clean, but stained which was kind of gross. Time to bleach the sheets! Nice... More

Took up the Sweet Donlay Room and it is worth every cent of it. Rooms are big and this hotel is in Chaweng area. Walking distance to most shops and restaurants are near. There are no swimming pool here but you need to walk about 15 minutes to the beach. Beach around Chaweng are not that great. There seems to... More
