the rooms are very useful. but there is no hotel manager or something. housekeeping has no language and sometimes they forget to clean the room. a part of eden, quiet part of the island, maximum privacy for alones, couples or families and well designed rooms... you should rent a car at the airport before. We've been to Samui roughly ten times and this was our first stay at X2. The staff are faultless, with amazing service and genuine smiles. The rooms are large with both Apple pre-loaded tv and DVD player.
