I've stayed at BMP 2 times already and always liked. Of course its not 5 star hotel but the rooms are clean and reasonably priced. I don't understand why people mind that you have the shower and toilet in one room. Thats very common in Thailand and I have found in all the places I have stayed. The pool is... More

I liked this accomodation. Ok so the rooms are a bit dirty and need a revamp BMP but there is air con, safety deposit boxes (which you use your own padlock), a nice pool and pool area, and a good bar/restaraunt area. BMP also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station. Sometimes though, it can be quite... More

We did not book directly with B.M.P. resident but with T.I.T. travel agency in Bangkok. We did not know what was the cost of the room because we had booked 2 trips, one to Kanchanabury and the other to Bangkok (the total price was high enough to expect decent hotels). We do not mind a room that needs new decoration... More

Unless we're really missing a beat and for 550 bhat u can stay in an ac room with private bathroom with a nice enough pool that far surpasses this place, I don't understand the issues! Place was clean, ok not pristine like they'd had it regrouted every month, but CLEAN! pool was fine, not green at all as one review... More

Last visited in Feb 2009. Rooms are clean but basic, showers look like they would give a Health and Safety inspector a heart attack but seem to function ok. Walls are thin and yes it can be noisy depending on the location of your room, from noisy guests returning from the infamous Roof Top bar at 2am (Ahem ! ...guilty,... More

We booked this accomodation during a drinking session on Khao San Road. The level of appointment is similar to what you will find in budget guesthouses all over SEA, but there are far better options available in Chiang Mai in this price bracket. There is a pool here, which was pretty clean. The bar/restaurant on site serves all of the... More

My partner and i stayed here for the last week of our 7 month trip around on the surface it seemed to be a great place to relax before returning home. After 3 days i requested that the room be cleaned and shortly after thisi realised a gift for my father was missing, i had bought a zippo lighter in... More

I actually am not aware of the price per night of this place since it was in a 6-days package deal of trekking. We spend 3 nights at BMP then 2 nights in the jungle and it is a very good base camp before trekking. We also booked a cooking class from the hostel which was nice. The food is... More

Thin walls make a goodnight very dependent upon your neighbours. However their is a nice swimmingpool and a good area where you can meet all kinds of people, nice live music and beers. Minus, loudness, not so very clean room and their are better places to stay in the area, out of town, and every nowhere is here due to guides... More
