The hotel is secure, well kept and close to a sunday street night market. The room was clean, very spacious (for 1500bht p.n) and the large soft bed and chairs were comfortable. The a/c worked well. Stayed here for one night in November. It was cheap but there was a smell of damp in the corridors, damp on the ceiling, the rooms smelt and the shower caused a mini flood in the bathroom. The best thing about it was the breakfast! More

Do not be deceived by the lobby/reception area. Hotel room was smelly and damp, not too clean either. The pool was also dirty and the breakfast was poor. I've stayed in overcrowded hostels better than this! More

This once grand hotel is a bit run down now. The lobby is palatial and the reception professional but once you get past that, the age shows.
