Had to leave a hostel as it was full and ended up having to stay here for one night. Worst room ever, smelled terrible. Staff told me there was A/C in the rooms, which was a lie. Rooms are old, bathrooms are gross and the pool is the size of a large bath. There are better options for a much... More

Okay, So we got this hotel as part of a trek-tour package. On the brochure, it looked like a Hilton..once we got there the entrance was grand! i actually took my camera out to take pics of the entrance.. So we check in..and as we head deeper into the hotel, it starts to get worst..the colours become gloomy and depressing..and... More

I had a sinking feeling while checking in, when it seemed that I had somehow angered the receptionist by merely walking through the door, dragging her away from the animated conversation she was having with a coworker. "Passport," she more or less snarled at me. She indicated a form I should fill in, spent some time tapping at the computer,... More

The hotel is secure, well kept and close to a sunday street night market. The room was clean, very spacious (for 1500bht p.n) and the large soft bed and chairs were comfortable. The a/c worked well. The bathroom was large but the shower water was either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was fine. Reception staff are friendly and well... More

Stayed here for one night in November. It was cheap but there was a smell of damp in the corridors, damp on the ceiling, the rooms smelt and the shower caused a mini flood in the bathroom. The best thing about it was the breakfast! More

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was excellent, particularly the huge, fresh buffet breakfast, including western and Thai dishes, fresh fruit and juices (coffee wasn't always great, some mornings it was far too strong). It has a nice pool as well. Lunch and dinner menu is good, too, although the nightly kareoke in the restaurant put... More

Do not be deceived by the lobby/reception area. Hotel room was smelly and damp, not too clean either. The pool was also dirty and the breakfast was poor. I've stayed in overcrowded hostels better than this! More

This was easily the worst hotel on our whole 3 weeks in Thailand! When we booked it we thought what a lovely place due to the entrance & foyer. The bed was very lumpy with springs sticking up. There was a serious mould issue in the shower. The bathroom in the morning smelt like sewerage. The room smelt really musty... More

The rather glamorous facade hides a shabby interior with dirty, musty rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms are over-priced, I paid (per night) 1,500 B plus 400 B supplemental change. I have stayed in several hotels which were far cleaner, positively palatial compared to this one for much less money. In addition the smoking and non-smoking rooms are... More

This once grand hotel is a bit run down now. The lobby is palatial and the reception professional but once you get past that, the age shows. The rooms are large but the furnishins old, cigarette burns in the carpet, mould in the tile grout. It has good tick box features - gym and pool but both are small. A/C... More
