Hotel has great potential but is very outdated and never felt clean. Hotel staff indifferent. Good location in Chiang Mai, close to restaurants and Night Bazaar. This was the only hotel in Thailand where English was a problem.

Everything about this hotel is very old. The first thing I saw when I went into my room was a cockroach running past my bed mattress. It is a large hotel but they really need to upgrade the hotel.
