I stayed at Baan Nam Sai twice: I was there for about 10 days in February, got back at the end of March and stayed again for over a week. This is really a great place to stay. Very nice staff, clean, large and comfortable rooms, good location in a small soi (lane), close to everything but at the same... More

This is one of the hidden gems of Chiang Mai situated within the City walls. In 2010 my wife and I stayed for one week, in January this year we stayed for two weeks. In 2013 we are going to stay for one month... need we say more! There are only 18 rooms and you feel more like a member... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Lovely staff. Nice and clean. Huge fridge! Free water daily. Tv had some English channels. Our room was spacious and there are chairs and tables outside to sit out should you wish to. Bathroom is a wet room but a nice size and floor dries quickly! Situated in a quiet soi .... Near restaurants, 7/12, tesco... More

We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse very much. The guesthouse hostesses were all so very helpful and always smiling. The place was very clean. We got 2 big bottles of water every day. Wifi was good. Location was excellent. In Old City and close to Walking Street Sunday night market. Next to a couple of temples. Quiet street. Great... More

I booked this place through Agoda, and paid around $19 per night. Nearby guest houses which didn't look as nice cost upwards of $40. Also, if you emailed the place directly, you'd probably get a cheaper rate. Unfortunately I lost their business card so I cannot provide the contact info. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Drinking... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. As the other reviewers have said, the hotel is located in a quiet soi close to all the major attractions in the old city. The hotel is run by 4 wonderful women who were always smiling and were always willing to help us with anything we needed. When... More

I have stayed here up to 10 times with my family. Great little budget guest house close to a temple so you may be woken by the gong then serenaded back to sleep by the monks chanting, priceless, quiet at night though. No sleeping night security that you walk past unchallenged when you arrive back late at night but CCTV... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip to CM. We also stayed at 5 other places in the 8 nights we were in the area and this had to be one of the better ones. We dropped 1 of our bags with them whilst we did a motorbike tour and then they looked after all our bags... More

Arriving late at night after 3 flights spanning 24hrs...this hotel was like an oasis of calm in the desert, Polite hospitable and helpful staff quickly checked us in and also gave us a map of the area not before marking out areas of interest close by and wishing us a good night, the rooms were quite spacious and had more than...
