The hotel itself is nice, alright location if you don't want to be right in the heart of things. The free wifi was hopeless, would only work in our right right by the door couldnt use it more then 2 feet into the room. Cleanliness could have been better, balcony looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long... More

Service not very helpful, almost no English spoken. We stayed there for two nights - all two days (roof) swimming pool was closing at 17:00 for some events. Terrible, moldy bathroom. Nice view from the roof (if only no smog was present). Far from the center. Shops, laundry, SPA, travel agency in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was OK no reason... More

We stayed at the Furama (my wife is Thai) during the water festival in April and new that the city would be busy so booked our room several months earlier on an internet web site other than the hotels. We checked in and our first room for the first night was not enjoyable due to the bathroom sink leaking and... More

Hotel and Superior Rooms review: 1. Only the lobby, restaurant, gym and swimming pool are the 4 stars worth. The treatment, the rooms and the cleanliness absolutely not. We had a internet offer without breakfast and we just wanted to have a drink at one of the lounge-bars. We were told that this area would be only for VIP which... More

Was upgraded to executive because no superior rooms left, but i did catch a glimpse of superior room layout, which is similar to exec room but a wee bit smaller but quite well appointed. I must say I enjoyed it very much, especially the jacuzzi equipped bathroom (writing this in the bath) :-) Location isn't really a problem, its accessible... More

Check in on 25 Feb to 2 March. Stay 2 night in excutive room and 3 stay in deluxe room. Both room is newly furnished with jazzuzi bath tub. From back of the hotel led you to a local shopping mall which 15 mins walk away. The hotel gave me a free upgrade to excutive for first two night but... More

We went there for business trip. Nice lobby, staff were ready to help, They upgraded our room for no-charge. Pools were nice but a bit too cool. We didn't reserve the taxi to pick us up in the early morning but the hotel could fine it for us in short time and reasonable price. We loved the room and comfy... More

The hotel has a very impressive lobby but is located down a small side street which not very impressive. Access to the floors is via a lift which is operated by a key card supplied when you book in unfortunately they do not always work and during our 2 nights at this hotel I had to go to reception twice... I stayed at the Furama hotel and ended up booking three extra nights as it was so good. The staff were very friendly and attentive to service. The hotel rooms were modern and clean. Everything was immaculate and top-notch. The best feature for me was the swimming pool and view from the restaurant on the roof. At night the view... More

This is great location, there are 2 ways out to the city, HuayKeaw Road and Super highway road, so, it's easy to go in/out. The room is huge, I booked 2 rooms, one is superior another one is delux, both rooms are huge and looks luxury, toilet is clean and smell good, the balcony is a good view of Doi... More
