Superb value for money that is truly in the heart of Chiang Mai. The hotel is only a few years old, at a backpackers price but 4 star quality hotel, extremely good value.

Good hotel in the center of town. Right in the middle of the Sunday night market ( different than the Chiang Mai night market which is daily). About a 15 min walk to the nightly market. Free wifi, breakfast is std fare for SE Asia. Rooms were good, though a bit dark. Clean bathroom. Our room had a loveseat which...

Amazing location, could not have asked for a better location with this hotel, pretty much spot on location wise. Right next to the Old Town wall and also for the weekend market.
Also, good to get free wifi and breakfast.
Rooms a bit dated, but were clean and comfortable. However, bathrooms were a bit small and dingy.
Service was generally...

An excellent hotel in the centre of Chiang Mai right opposite the historic Thapae Gate. Beautiful rooms, really friendly and helpful staff and an excellent restaurant. Free wi-fi. No swimming pool.

I originally booked one night at Hotel M before a trip but ended up staying 4 more nights when I came back. It's a fairly standard business hotel but for the luxury of air conditioning, warm (not hot) water, wifi, room service and a good restaurant to say nothing of its prefect location - it was an affordable luxury.

This is a very nice hotel as long as you don't stay on the street side. If you stay on that side of the hotel, the street noise is loud and goes on all night long.

I found this hotel very conveniently located, very polite and warm and helpful people working there, and it was clean and appropriate. The first nights were in a room on the second floor; later I returned and stayed on the 5th floor. The 5th floor was the nicest and the price was very good. I would recommend the hotel -...

Check- in was seamless as the receptionist can understand simple English. And all this while the bell hop/ security guy was there to help us with our...

Hotel room was very nice and good value for money. Unfortunately we were on on the front side of the hotel next to the main road, which was really loud all night! Make sure you ask for the other side, as the hotel was fully booked for the other 4 nights of our stay and were unable to change.

The positive points are well described in the other reviews. The key drawback is the noisy environment - the price for that central location. If you want to stay here, try to reserve a high-floor back room.
