My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April and were extremely happy with our stay and the service. The hotel owner personally picked us up from the airport free of charge and our room was also upgraded free of charge to a one bedroom suite with a private balcony and a king size bed. As we had missed... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in beginning of February and could easily have stayed longer. We knew it was 15 minutes outside of the city center. What we didnt know is that the tuk tuks/red buses did not want to "drive that far" to bring us back at night. We had to haggle hard but always got home. It's... More

The review written by TheTechTravelers is the most accurate yet about this terrible hotel. My family put up with this place for three long nights only because we had prepaid. It was so bad we went out early every morning & did not return until late at night to try & get some sleep. On check-in we were greeted in... More

This hotel sits outside of town, down a shady alley, between a factory and a row of houses with a kennel of loud barking dogs. The first thing we see is the front desk guy sending an employee up to our room to saturate it with air freshener. Not a good sign. The room was small, damp & not very... More

We've stayed here for 3 nights, the personnel are very friends and helpful. The theme is a kind of exotic. Rooms were clean and tidy, though we had some infractions in the room, that were immediately taken care of by the great staff. In the evening Live music is played in the restaurant area. Location is a bit distant from... More

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this relaxing Hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and we were made to feel like family members rather than guests. Arranging taxis, advising on places to go and wonderful meals with attentive staff all went to make our experience at this Hotel a great one. The Jungle theme... More

Great little guest house. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Some of the best meals I have had anywhere in Thailand. Rustic, very nicely appointed, comfortable rooms. Close to the old city, but located in a true jungle-forest setting. Quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to relax.

The forest Glen is certainly a place I would come back to. Located in the very heart of Chiang Mai it is but a tuk tuk ride from where ever you would like to go. Just make sure you check out the night market. The hotel itself is decorated in a very interesting way. Already when entering you feel like... More

We had booked at 'Tharnthong Lodge in the Chaing Mai hills but needed to stay in the city for a bit. Prim at Tharnthong suggested we stay with her sister Pong and brother in law Pichean at 'Forest Glen' in the city. It was just perfect for us being nature people - its like an Oasis and tree hut getaway... More
