RQose Guesthouse was, in short, a really nice place to stay. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, the "lobby" area was great and the free breakfast was homemade and yummy Thai food. Free wifi was also definitely a big plus. Annie and Opal have been running the guesthouse for around a month and have taken over from previous... More

Walked in off the street after we found out Julie guest house was full. Owners Annie and opal speak English very well and are extremely accommodating and warm. Great prices on tours and transportation etc. Very clean place. Double room with 2 beds fan light electricity and shared bathroom for 250 baht. Sweet rooftop hangout spot with a nice view... More

More than a cheap accomodation..nothing to change in this guest house! The rooms are cheap and clean and you have all that you need..comfortable bed, clean blanket, fan, free breakfast and fast wifi! But the best "thing" for me it has been the beautiful smile of the staff..very very friendly and always available to help you..also great tourist agency (I did... More

We stayed at Rose Guesthouse during 5 days and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect to visit Chiang Mai. The room was basic, clean and very cheap. We were really happy here because the staff was so helpful. It was the first time for us in Thailand and we loved this country, people were so nice !  We... More

I stayed at Rose guesthouse during the change of owners and I have seen many improvements during this period. Now everything is clean, the sheets are new, the new owners are extremely kind and a delicious breakfast is now included in the room price. Can not expect more for this price! A very good experience! We stayed just one day and it was a great budget option as the dorm is only 90 baht/person. Very cheap. Beds are fine, little hard, but I liked it. The guesthouse wasn't very clean though, not even a bathroom. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. If it was a little bit cleaner, it would be... More

Cheap and filthy! The floors are dirty, the showers were dirty, the bed was dirty, it was very noisy, the rooms had poor locks (which had clearly been broken into and replaced at some point in it's life). However, the staff were very helpful and nice! If you can stomach a bit of grime and noise, then this is a... More

Don't go here expecting nice Thai people as your host. Your host will be and old, European man with serious attitude proplems and not one ounce of hospitality or 'customer service'. He will do nothing except take your money, and won't let you even move a chair without going on a ridiculous rant and tell you he's been in jail... More
