The room is lovely, comfortable and clean enough. It has a good sized sleeping area with double bed and a wet room. The sink didn't drain properly though. There's hot water, pressure in the shower was OK. There could have been a side table and lamp as each time I had to have the main light switch on. There's a balcony. Wifi in the room was good. The location is quiet. There's a lovely garden area, you can hear the bird song. There's a restaurant on site and the prices are good and so is the food. They serve breakfast and lunch. There's a 7 Eleven, on the same road. The staff speak English and are polite. It's about a 25min walk to Khao San Road. I was able to check-in early as my room was ready which was good.

This place is amazing. Clean, quiet, great location, artistic, awesome customer service, nice cafe and garden area. Every room is unique. I stayed in 3 different rooms. I want to stay in all the rooms. The ac did get noisy but there are nice big fans to keep cool.

This hotel provides a peaceful, green oasis that is a welcome escape from the urban intensity of Bangkok. Located just to the north of the main tourist areas it is slightly out of the way but served well by all necessary conveniences such as a bank, coffee shops and the ubiquitous 7-11 stores. The staff are extraordinarily helpful, the breakfast is good and the hotel bakes some of the best croissants this side of Paris. All of the rooms, halls and corridors have been painted elaborately with murals and false shop fronts, while the garden seating area features huge trees filled with birds and other wildlife. Local restaurants cater less to tourists and more for locals but the food is all more interesting and adventurous for this.

Everything was clean, and service was stellar. My favorite things about my stay: 24 hour staff with good English, breakfast/cafe in the morning, and they give us a slip of paper with instructions in Thai to show taxi drivers! My only critiques: 1. location is rather far from tourist attractions (except Khao San road) so taxi/tuk-tuk rides were more expensive 2. I showered without hot water the 1st couple nights because I didn't realize I needed to flip a switch in the entry way to allow the hot water option; I didn't know until staff walked me to my room and showed me - PN management, please let us dumb foreigners know how to turn on the hot water!

Nice peaceful oasis to retreat to at end of the day’s explorations in busy Bangkok. Very friendly staff and good food served from their onsite restaurant in a lovely courtyard setting. Very convenient buses and water taxis nearby. Rooms are not soundproof so you might be kept awake by louder neighbours. Towels could be cleaned a bit better… asked to change mine twice because of stains. Also, ask for a room with a view of nearby temple or courtyard.

If you’re staying more than a couple of days in Bangkok, you need to stay here. It’s a quiet refuge from the noise of the city. The breakfasts are delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really close to Thewet pier, so you have easy access to the city, temples, and skytrain stations.

The place is extremely unique in terms of how it is designed and decorated. Absolutely loved the detailed wall paintings, vintage infrastructure, as well as the different themes in all the rooms. The place transports to another era while still having all the modernities required to have a comfortable stay. Also loved the good food, warm hospitality, and eco-friendly initiatives of the place. Overall, had a memorable stay here!

A family of four, we stayed at this property from 06 Nov 2023 to 08 Nov 2023. Checkin is at 2.00 PM but we had arrived a few hours early. The manager was considerate enough to let us keep our luggage in the cloak room and also offered bathing and washing facilities. We could tour some of the attractions around like the grand palace, Wat Pho and the Golden Buddha by the official checkin time. The good points about the property - Friendly staff, clean rooms, bed linen and bathrooms, great location very near to major attractions, Thewis ferry point on the Chao Phraya River. Points where there is scope for improvement - Could provide some pure vegetarian (eggless & fishlesss) options in the restaurant menu. This may be important to guests from India, many of whom may be vegetarian/vegan.…
