“The (probably) worst hotel in the world”

I don't know where to start - very rude, lazy and incompetent staff, a management that doesn't care about customers or their complaints, bad food, excessively dirty rooms full of bugs (cockroaches, ants termites), very noisy, door-slamming neighbours: my advice is to stay away from this sham of a hotel as there way better options all over Bangkok. More

The atmosphere in the building is gloomy. The bathroom was really dirty. I would not recommand to stay there. The one positive point is that the staff at the reception was helpful and nice and reliable: they booked a taxi for us in advance to take us at the airport at 3am and it was on schedule. More

THIS HOTEL, I MUST WARN YOU, is not even worth you even looking at it...the manager is extremely rude and the people there cannot speak a word of english...the gym is some lousy 2nd hand looking equipment all broken and their SO CALLED mini mart is VERY expensive. my family came there looking for a holiday but got anything but...IT... More
