This is a relatively small hotel. The smaller rooms seems to be outdated and the larger rooms are in better shape. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are decent. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it but if you are looking for a comfortable stay and a night out in town then this is perfect. Nana Plaza... More

We spent 3 nights here as part of a tour of Thailand. Helpful staff, nice cocktail / snack bar in foyer, excellent breakfast room on 7th floor and decent quality room. Location is convenient for the Skytrain - much faster than taxis / buses on Bankok's congested roads. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants / bars off Sukhumvit Rd. For... More

We stayed in the Majestic Grande for two days on our way through Bangkok onto Koh Samui. Although it's a little way from the centre of Bangkok (and the palace, etc.) it is within easy walking distance of the skytrain, and a number of pubs, bars and shops. The hotel itself was really clean, and the room comfortable with a... More

I stayed here for one night, it was clean and nice but the room was a very small with old furniture, but to be honest, it was will maintained and in good condition. The view from the room wasn’t much to talk about, but the room was quite. The staff was very helpful and attentive, breakfast was good. Swimming pool... More

We stayed here for 3 days in August 2011. The room was great, very clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly. The area gave me a bit of a culture shock at first as Sukhumvit road is very busy with a buzzing night market, and some of the side streets have lots of hostess bars. However, I got... More

This is a modern 4-star hotel that desrves the rating. And it's good value! Welcoming and accommodating staff, good buffets, especially breakfast, small swimming pool and fitness facility. It's close to main thoroughfares and not far from the nearest SkyTrain station. It's also a short walk away from some of the most "interesting" streets in Bangkok, where everything and everyone... My husband and i spent four days here before heading to Koh Samui for 8 days. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and dining areas. We received great service and found it a good spot, although it's not right in the middle of everything, it was still within walking distance of the skytrain, great shops and restaurants. If you are looking for... More

We stopped at this hotel for four nights half way back from a trip to New Zealand. When the taxi driver took us through the back streets and another hotel car park I wandered where the heck we were going. Lounge bar very small as the down stairs restaurant has been closed. Swimming pool very small if you want one... More

Over the past eighteen months, I have spent regular time at the Majestic Grande, and have come to know the hotel well. The hotel is conveniently situated in Sukhumvit, close to major facilities, on a BTS route and offers comfortable well-priced accommodation. However, I must note that on my most recent visit, I did notice that standards are slipping -... More

The hotel is close to the Center in a small side street. Hard to get cabs there as no traffic going thru and the taxi in front of hotel rips you off. Rooms are Ok and clean and well equipped, could need a few touch ups however. Breakfast is very plain and boring, but gets you started. Service is OK,... More
