The Palazzo Hotel has always been my choice of Hotel in Bangkok for business trip. Stayed there for couple of times. Previously was staying at the Emerald Hotel just next door. But the price at Palazzo is half of Emerald. Hway Kwang MRT station is just a 5mins walk and there are many foot massages around the hotel and 7-eleven... More

I come to Bangkok almost every year and have always used this hotel. The price is fair and location most convenient. It is not the most luxurious but is good enough. A pretty good range of breakfast food. Upon check-out the hotel gives out voucher according to the number of nights spent there, redeemable for a free night night's stay.... More

From the Land of (fake) Smiles, the location for this hotel is about the best feature. It is about 50m from the main thoroughfare of Ratchdapisek Road. The Hway Kwang MRT station is about 100m to the left and the Thai Cultural Center MRT is perhaps 800m to the right. Also there are many shopping facilities there and thereafter, including... More

On the hotel:- 1. There are two wings; choose the new wing if you like hard bed and choose the old wing (on the left if you are facing the reception) if you like softer bed. Old wing (i.e. Wing 1) is under renovation so don't choose level 9. 2. Wifi or internet costs money. (400baht per day or 1000baht... More

This is a good hotel which offers value for money. A..lthough in a night club area this is only a good option if you are with friends or solo, not a hotel to be visited when with family. Lemon Grass leg massage besides this hotel is also an experience which you should not miss. The front desk staff is very... More

This is was my second stay at the Palazzo. It is located in a non Tourist neighborhood of Bangkok. Yes, there is a nocturnal "entertainment area" nearby frequented by largely Asian Tourists and very few Western Tourists, that having been said the hotel is clean, well appointed and the rooms are comfortable. The beds, indeed are hard and the breakfast area... More

The hotel didnt regard my advance request for high floor room and queit room, they put me at the second floor next to the hotel store room. The air condition system is noisy sound like a loundry room so it's sleeping is not perfect. The hotel Staff didnt help changing the room, the sign DO NOT DISTURB is not opptional,... More

The front desk was very curtious, lacking in English skills you can still get across what you are trying to say with simple sign language. I have never been in a hotel where the beds are so decieving until you lay on them...they are rock hard, its as if you are sleeping on the floor but with a simple futon... More

I've just returned from Bangkok where I stayed 4 nights in a Studio Room which cost A$50 per night. The hotel was suggested by my business contact in BKK and I was sceptical at first after seeing the tariff as I'd stayed in a few shockers for similar rates in other SE Asian countries. But after checking the relatively positive... More
