The hotel staff and manager were exceptional - honest and very helpful. Unfortunately, they cannot compensate for a very old building. The room I was in had mould all around the window and the water in the shower would just stop. The location is convenient, but I will not stay here again

It's an 'OK' hotel. The rooms were not up to the mark but good enough. Cleanliness-wise not so good as well. But the complimentary breakfast is very good and it's proximity to the city centre is another benefit. Value for money? YES as long as you go to Bangkok for shopping and ....you know what?
