Stayed 3 nights at the Manhattan Hotel Bangkok with another couple in a 2 bedroom suite. This older hotel, while could use some refurbishing, is great value for what you pay. Our suite was very large with a sitting area and dining room. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Centrally located, just off the beaten path, but close to the night... More

I stayed here for a few nights in 2011. Everything about the hotel was OK. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was not bad at all. The hotels location is within walking distance of entertainment centers and shopping complexes.. In short, if you are on a limited budget, you could do a lot worse that staying here. More

The hotel is in a good location near the skytrain, but it is in desperate need of renovation. The lobby is ok, but the hallways to the rooms are dark and dreary, as was the room. Our room did not look like the advertised pictures. Our bedspread looked like it was from the 80s, and the bed was very hard.... More

the hotel is very nice as a whole. I just hated the insisting locals waiting for you outside the hotel to trick you to go and see the Big Buddha!! Centrally located in Soi 15 you can visit the main attractions of Bangkok within easy reach. the room was very big and very vey comfortable. excellent breakfast!! they have a... More

Was recommend this, was advised it was a bit old and to be fair it is a bit dated, the pictures in the website show newer rooms, but I didn't see any of these. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, bathroom could do with update, but hey how much time do you spend in there! Breakfast was... More

The hotel was really good, the quality of rooms and specially its located in the heart of Bangkok i.e. Sukhumvit. I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends in the month of October in 2011, the quality of staff was excellent. I remember the swimming area and the gym, it was under construction but the pool was open and... More

For the money the Manhattan is OK BUT make sure you ask to see the room before checking in! The condition of each room can vary vastly. This time the room was passable but the bathroom was in serious need of a complete reno. Time before last the room including the bathroom looked like it had had a bit of... More

Stayed there 2 nights and was impressed by the quick check in and allotment of rooms ( we were a group of 12 and booked 6 rooms and wanted them on the same floor ). The rooms were clean and very well furnished with ample room to move around .Room service was efficient and moderately quick . The spa was... More

Have stayed in this hotel twice. The first stay (Dec '09) wasn't all that good as we found the staff rude and unfriendly. Even the bedsheet of our room was stained and the room service took years to come & change it. U might be thinking that why on earth did I go back to this hotel then. Well, read... More
