This hotel was gorgeous and full of staff at every door. But.... We went into hotel and asked for room, they quoted 25% more than this website and refused to match it so we bought 15min of internet and booked this room online. From then the service went downhill. We got to the room and it was very very hot... More

Nice hotel with friendly staff, the rooms are a little bit old and unclean but spacious. Far from the main city attractions - surronded by of wholesale market and trading streets for locals. The services for everything is overprised. Nowhere to eat around.

We arrived to Prince Hotel at our first night in Bangkok. The hotel is good for this money but not amazing. The rooms are old, and not super clean. We was there 2 night, and maybe this felling after the long fly, but i feel tired there. Its take me more that 1 hour to understand how to turn on... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December 2012. The hotel is located within the wholesale apparel markets. Beware of Tuk Tuk Taxi drivers who would come after you and take you to the restaurants that are not that good and not cheap. Also tour company at ground floor charge you more, make sure you check prices internet... More

The value of the hotel is pretty good for what it is. It's located in Bangkok, sort of near everything. The rooms are worn and tired, but you can get a good night's sleep. There's a great pool and bar on the upper levels of the hotel, the food is pretty good, and beer is fairly cheap. The view is... More

Found this hotel very stuffy on the landing leading to the lifts, rooms needed modernising, very large hotel in a retail area of the city, surrounded with market stalls, nice small pool area. A taxi ride from the heart of the city but taxis are very cheap so didn't find this a problem, only there for 3.nights, wouldn't have wanted... More

The room are just about clean and there is a bad smell floating around. The hotel doesn't offer wifi for free but you can buy it for 600 baht per 24hours (that's the price of a nice meal in a restaurant for 2...). In our room one light wasn't working and the mini bar was very loud all night. Finally... More

We have been in this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable, clean and wide. But the no laughs att al from the employees. Too big and too less personal. Also the paiment for Wifi i don't like. The costs of drinks at the bar are crazy high and when we asked some more peanuts, the comment was: you... More

Room Service was not requested, and we had items stolen from our bags while we were out. When we did need room service, after three attempts, it arrived with half of the requirements. Restaurant Staff not friendly, breakfast staff hurried us out, door staff had a smile. Facilities o.k. Faded splendour. Electricity to our Tower was turned off and we... More
