The quality of service is very poor and also the the welcoming reception staffs were not at all helpful. Had to wait for more then 1hour to get the room keys. The old fashioned torn furniture no cleanliness in the room. Please avoid it at even if its free..

Avoid Ambassador at any cost. Most unhelpful and lousy staffs ever. The experience at check in counter is pathetic. They allot all dirty rooms to a group of 100 persons. Though the official check in time is at 1400hrs but they were unable to give room keys untill 1600hrs. You cannot any worst handling than this ever.

Not as we expected from the websites and reviews we booked from. Very old and not well maintained. Service was also very slow and not attentive. Breakfast was good but location was best, right in the center of Bangkok and sky train station. Easy.
