The room smells terrible - asked to be moved but was treated really bad by the receptionists. Left the hotel and went to stay at Renaissance. They would not refund and made us pay for two nights. Staff are very rude and receptionists are very unfriendly.

Pretty decent hotel, need to pay for wifi. The location is very good however the streets around the hotel are pretty messy. I loved the access to a supermarket right next to the hotel, this helped out with any random needs that came up. The rooms are dated but acceptable. Only minus is that the Wi-Fi isn't free.

This is an old hotel in need of a makeover. The carpets and rooms has a smell to it, room furnishing is old, shower rooms have signs of mould growth. There is no free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I love the location of the hotel as it is in the centre of all the shopping and eating places. The hotel is abit old but maintained well. The swimming pool as a disappointment. Room is cleam and comfortable and room service is ok.

Hotel very clean, very good service. Highly recomended. Breakfast not to good, only average. Neraby shopping area & four face budha. I;m travelling with groups 18 adults + 1 infants. they can give us room very closed 7 at one floor
