We stayed for a couple of nights at Landmark on the 19th floor. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but everything is in working order and perfectly clean. The service was flawless. The swimming pool is very pleasant in typical for Bangkok +37. The only downfall is no wi-fi in rooms. More

This place is now run by accountants. We spent US$300 and they tried to charge us for WiFi and also us $10 for a drink so small the waitress cleared it away before we drank it. Please can we have this nice hotel run by a Manager and not an accountant ? More

We have been to the Landmark several times, this year having not been for a while we noticed a definite decline in the standards, one of the things that really got through to me is the blatant over charging for internet use, whilst internet in the lobby is free we found that to check in and download our Airline tickets... Directly to the Nana station, the Landmark has the best location ever and offers the ideal base for exploring Bangkok. As befits a hotel of this class, the rooms were in top condition.... More

Nice hotel along the lines of a Hilton. Great workout area. Amongst the best. Excellent breakfast and lunch. I did not eat dinner there as there are so many choices near by. Friendly staff, clean rooms. More

For the price this is probably a great hotel... but it is definately starting to show its age. They are trying to keep the rooms looking fresh, but it still has that kind of old feel about it. Had another great stay at the Landmark hotel. The location is just perfect for me. Easy access for the sky train and the night life. Hotel staff were great as usual. Friendly and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable. I used the restaurants, pool and club. Another great Landmark experience for me and I will be back. More
